The White and Black Association was a club formed by artists in Setagaya in the early Showa period. It included Japanese-style painters like Ogawa Senyo and Fukuda Toyoshiro, Western-style painters like Ushijima Noriyuki and Mori Yoshio, and sculptors like Sato Churyo and Funakoshi Yasutake. This exhibition presents art made by members of this group. A special display is devoted to the prints of Fukita Fumiaki and Tanaami Niwako.
